BREWERS BRUNCH is another reoccuring venue event that required advertising collateral to promote Newstead’s weekly brewery tours.
Tours are a popular service Newstead offers, regularly bringing in new and exisiting customers to the venue. Because of this, the project was of high priority and it was imaportant the finished design reinforced and highlighted the company’s brand identity.

︎︎︎ What would eventually become the slogan of the Brewers Brunch campaign, I kept this line in the forefront of my mind when sketching the illustration iterations for this project. Taking direct inspiration from the beer tanks used at Newstead, I chose to showcase a scene where a brewer is pouring hops into an open tank. Clear, attention grabbing, and had the added benefit of allowing plenty of blank space around the illustration for headings, footers and descriptive copy.
Continuing the hand-drawn illustrative style created in a previous project (TIGHTARSE TUESDAY) I drew a dynamic, vibrant illustration with a double stroke outline and duotone colour palette.
